HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

The firm was originally founded in 1992, in North Miami Beach, Florida, as Henschel & Henschel, P.A. More recently, a reorganization and reincorporation as Henschel & Beinhaker, P.A. has taken place, and the firm has relocated to Hollywood, Florida. Our practice has and continues to maintain expertise in multiple areas of civil litigation. Currently, Henschel & Beinhaker, P.A., specializes in both retail and commercial collections, creditor's rights, and both contract and judgment enforcement. We are admitted to practice in the state of Florida, as well as in all federal districts of Florida. We have been "A" rated by Martindale-Hubbell and members of the National Attorneys Network, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the National List, as well as the Forwarderslist of Attorneys.

OPERATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

Henschel & Beinhaker, P.A., specializes in all areas of collection law including, but not limited to, auto loan deficiencies, personal loan obligations, credit card debt, health care debt, contracts and leases, replevins, foreclosure surplus, and bankruptcy. The firm has established and maintains a highly efficient, streamlined network of collection capability throughout the entire state of Florida.

The managing partner uses a hands-on approach and directly oversees all accounts while providing clients with full accessibility to ongoing collection status. Updates via telephone conferences, electronic mail and written progress reports are routinely generated by staff attorneys.
